    KM4HR are seeking to recruit and experienced HRIS Manager for their Herts based client, in this newly created role.

    Reporting in the senior HR team, we require a Payroll specialist with advanced knowledge of iTrent to lead on key projects while building operational workflows and processes.

    Daily you will actively be involved in the following areas;reviewing and improving workflow processesupgrades and thoroughly reviewing functionalitysuggestion for the businessprocesses and creating manuals for allmanagement and reviewseveral software integrations for all relevant & required stakeholdersmaintain information held for all staffwith the preparation and delivery of payroll when requiredinternal queries relating to systems and payroll specificallyHR administration supportIf you have previous working experience gained in a similar role and are a confident user of iTrent please apply without delay.
