Your role will include supporting your team and ensuring annual reviews are carried out and any training needs are identified.

The successful applicant needs to possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to Customer Care, as many of the duties carried out will involve consultation with tenants and owner occupiers and also liaison with other Council Services, utilities and external agencies.
