    Role: Executive Head Chef
    Location: Glasgow
    Operation:     Multi-faceted, high profile, high volume, events venue (one of the largest in Europe)
    Salary: £60k salary +OTE negotiable

    Great opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to work in this multi-faceted, high profile, high volume, events venue (one of the largest in Europe).

    Executive Head Chef Role responsibilities:
    • Building a positive environment
    • Looking after the team - mentoring/coaching/succession planning
    • Oversee, manage, and develop the culinary offering and menus across all aspects of the business
    • Implement and manage robust operating procedures across the estate kitchens and stores.
    • Oversee and manage food ordering, supplier agreements and costs in line with budget and business demands.
    • Implement and maintain SOPs, portion control, plating standards, and waste management records to maximise efficiencies and profitability.
    Executive Head Chef Skills Experience:
    • Must have Executive Chef experience.
    • Experience in high-volume environments.
    • Fine-dining experience
    • Strong client management skills
