    A unique opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified to junior solicitor to join one of best family law practices in the Thames Valley. This very busy and successful team is eager to find an enthusiastic and passionate solicitor to join them them.

    The firm:

    My client is a full service law firm which has offered both commercial and private client legal solutions across the South East and London for over 150 years. Many of the firms departments and senior solicitors are acclaimed by the leading legal directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers.

    The culture here is excellent, the firm operates a 'family friendly' ethos and offers flexible working.

    The team:

    This multi-partnered family team has an enviable reputation for its work. The firm advise across the full full spectrum of family law matters, from financial matters for high-net-worth individuals to disputes from unmarried couples and complex cases involving children. Given the firms NHW client base, cases are privately funded and often involve individuals who own companies and/or assets abroad.

    The role:

    As the firm continues to grow so does the need for recruitment. An additional hire is required to support the partners and other senior solicitors in the advice they give to clients. You will work with all the partners across all family law matters. As your career progresses you will have every opportunity to manage your own caseload and carve your own niche withing family law. No file is off-limits and the platform for growth here is second to none.

    You?

    • You must be a qualifier with some previous experience in family law, or for those that may be qualifying suitable training within family law
    • strong communication skills
    • a desire to be client facing and undertake some business development in the future
