Location: Newham
Salary range: £150- £210 per day
Start date: ASAP
Key Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver Engaging Lessons : Utilize your expertise to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH challenges, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Build Strong Relationships : Forge meaningful connections with students, providing them with the support and guidance they need to overcome obstacles and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Promote Positive Behaviour Management : Implement effective behaviour management strategies, promoting positive behaviour and empowering students to develop essential social and emotional skills.
Track Progress and Assessments : Monitor students' progress closely, conducting assessments and evaluations to identify areas for growth and development, and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
Collaborate with Colleagues : Work collaboratively with colleagues, including SENCOs, teaching assistants, and support staff, to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment that meets the individual needs of every student.
Ensure Safeguarding and Child Protection : Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students and complying with all necessary background checks and safer recruitment procedures.
