- Manage of the firm's preparation to meet requirements set out in the TWD policy issued by the PRA, including project management and provision of technical expertise to ensure a high quality outcome which meets the local requirements, This will include consideration of the impacts for the firm, syndication across internal stakeholders and input into industry advocacy discussions
- Ensure proper governance is maintained around the delivery of the above, including: definition of project scope, stakeholders, risks and issues; drafting of project plan and business requirements; and establishment and facilitation of forums for discussion of issues, progress and dependencies, as and when needed
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Treasury, Risk, Operations etc.)
- Create input to and presentation at the monthly TWD Steering Committee and other Recovery & Resolution Steering Committees
- Contribute of enhancement ideas to further improve 'the way we work'
- Relevant business financial services experience, with process/project management experience
- Awareness of and experience in the finance industry regulatory environment
- Knowledge of Investment Bank businesses and high-level transaction flow
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage to changes in plan
- Strong attention to detail, ability to articulate complex issues concisely and influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior people, manage senior management expectations, lead appropriate decision-making and control/deliver on responsibilities

You are self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and deliver key projects to regulatory and internal timelines, that role is for you.
As a Project Manager- Senior Associate in the Treasury Trading Wind Down team, you will play a key role in the management of the firm's preparation to meet requirements set out in the Trading Activity Wind Down (TWD) policy, including project management and provision of technical expertise to ensure a high quality outcome which meets the local requirements. You will be instrumental in ensuring proper governance is maintained around the delivery of our enhanced TWD capabilities.
The role will provide you with exposure across the organization and is an excellent opportunity if you are interested in local and firmwide Recovery and Resolution Planning and high profile regulatory challenges.
