- Managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, property disputes, and employment disputes.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy.
- Drafting a variety of legal documents, such as complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
- Maintaining meticulous case records and documentation.
- Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in Northern Ireland.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing civil litigation.
- In-depth knowledge of civil procedure and substantive law.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
