    Description

    Terravita Golf Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.


    • Reports to the building maintenance supervisor

    • Oversees all aspects of housekeeping for the property and ensures that all housekeeping duties are completed on a daily basis.

    • Checks in with department heads to address any issues that arise

    • Monitors the housekeeping assignment schedule daily to ensure coverage.

    • Cleans, manages, mentors, trains, organizes, and supervises the housekeeping department while physically assisting and ensuring that the cleanliness around the property is satisfactory.

    • Completes regular inspections of the property to maintain cleanliness

    • Manages inventory of paper goods, cleaning supplies and linens, creates orders to make sure inventory is stocked.

    • Ability to motivate diverse groups to achieve goals and overcome challenges

    • Excellent management skills including conflict resolution, coaching, development and teamwork

    • Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the maintenance supervisor.

    Shifts—combination of 6pm to 2 am and 4:30 am to 1pm

    Requirements:
    Must have a valid driver's license.
    At least 1 year Housekeeping Supervising experience
    Be able to read, write, and speak English.
