Basic Salary - £38,000 -

OTE - £42,000 -

4 Day Working Week

Our client, a busy prestige brand car dealership in Bedford has the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technicians at all skill levels to join their established workshop team.


Responsibilities

As a Master Technician your responsibilities will include:

  • In-Depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnosis
  • Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
  • Warranty Repairs
  • Support the workshop with Technical Assistance and Advice

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


  • Minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or Equivalent
  • 2 years Master Technician Experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:


  • Manufacturer or IMI Master Technician Accreditations / Qualifications
  • Franchised Dealer Experience
  • MOT Licence
  • EV/Hybrid Qualification

Remuneration & Benefits:


  • Basic Salary of £34,000 £38,000 DOE
  • On Target Earnings of £38,000 £42,000
  • Manufacturer Training
  • Great benefits package

Working Hours:


  • 4 Day working week on a Rota
  • Saturday mornings on a Rota
