    We are now looking for a Leisure Operations Manager to join lead team at our Castleford site, one of our Gravity Max venues.

    This is a big job, for a big operator, located within the Xscape complex the footfall is extremely high, with lots of customers, all looking for excellent service, lots of fun and entertainment.

    What youll be doing

    You will be leading sites management team, reporting to your General Manager, with operations and profitability at the core of your responsibilities.

    The site has electric karting track, Immersive Game Box booths, Darts, and Karaoke plus a bar and food offering.

    Your main Responsibilities:
    You will be supporting the GM in the day to running of the site, and leadership of your team.
    You will support the team in delivering strong KPI results including wage ratios and profitability.

    You will be a champion in increasing revenue and profitability for the site, including helping with the development of corporate sales.

    Support the GM in effective people management, including recruitment, talent development, training, and performance management.

    Be a champion of employee and guest satisfaction, we want someone who is not scared to go the extra mile.

    Finally on top of this we want someone FUN This is a fun environment, and we need someone who will live and breathe this, who will foster a great attitude amongst the team which will give our customers the best experience possible.
