Working with the likes of Sky, NowTV, O2, Santander and more,this skilled team of senior researchers drive strategies and deliver crucial insights.

By performing rigorous quantitative research for these major players, this MRS accredited consultancy have helped to shape brand portfolios, understand key market segments and unlock market growth.

Now looking to harness their qualitative functions, this fast-growing agency are in need of an Associate Director to help build this offering and spearhead this next stage of growth.

KEY DUTIES

As Associate Director you will lead in the running/managing of several projects concurrently, from inception to delivery of insights
Manage successful client relationships, being involved in winning new business
Leverage new and emerging qualitative techniques, helping to shape the future of this agencies qual unit
Design creative screeners & discussion guides, moderate interviews and conduct focus groups & workshops
Support junior researchers in their professional development

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong qualitative research expertise from an agency or clientside background
Possess strong managerial and organisation skills, being able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Comfortable writing reports & presenting engaging insights to clients
Able to integrate and work well with a team as well as being able to work independently
Demonstrate a passion for broadening your knowledge and interest in brands, marketing, business and trends
