RFL Property Services (RFLPS) as a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, organised, and capable individual to take on the role of Operational Support Team Leader for their newly created Distribution Centre based in Enfield.

The shift pattern will be Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:00.

The post holder will be expected to develop working relationships with all relevant stake holders and attend meetings both internal and external on request.


The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that their self and the team meet all training and development requirements and operate in a safe and efficient manner, meeting all KPI's and tasks set out.


Working with the Deputy Distribution Centre Manager the post holder will be key in creating reports to drive efficiency's and updating stakeholders.


The post holder must be adaptable and embrace change in this new and exciting role to ensure the Distribution Centre continues to grow and succeed.


Achieving targets and KPI's set out, to budget and in time whilst keeping abreast of health and safety and training requirements.

Ensuring team training is up to date, providing new and refresher training when required.


Ensuring all aspects of the operation run smoothly on a daily basis reporting into the Deputy distribution manager as and when required in addition to keeping all relevant stakeholders informed.

Responsible for maintaining WMS/IMS systems and supporting the operation in creating pick lists, reports, and functional data requests.


Strong use of self-initiative to problem-solve and develop new ways of working in turn improving efficiencies whilst utilising qualitive and quantitive data for analysis in order to present improvement opportunities to the Distribution Centre Manager and Deputy Distribution Centre Manager.


To answer enquiries from stakeholders and resolve these in a professional manner while developing processes to prevent and improve the service we offer.
