For our division IT ,at our location in Köln we are looking for aIT Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)
Take ownership of the overall IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Ensure transparent tracking and reporting of progress for IT projects.
Provide support in defining, developing, and specifying portfolio methods and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) necessary for effective process control.
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate regular monitoring and reporting of project progress.Drive the continuous improvement and enhancement of project and project portfolio management processes.
Manage the operational aspects of the transformation program, including monitoring deadlines, progress, quality, and budgetary considerations.
Completed university degree in a relevant field of study such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in IT project management and portfolio management.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
Knowledgeable in project management methods like Prince 2, Agile, ITIL, or Lean.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Jira and Confluence.
Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
