Description

Hales Group are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Lowestoft. This role would be dealing with temporary recruitment.
Recruitment Consultants act as the vital link between clients and candidates and therefore need great people skills.

You'll use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies; build positive relationships to gain a better understanding of their industry, what they do, their work culture, environment and their recruitment needs.

You'll use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and then screen candidates, interview them, run background checks and finally match them to clients.

You'll organise interviews for candidates and inform them about the results of the interviews. You'll negotiate salaries and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates and provide advice where needed.
The Recruitment Consultant role can be challenging, but also exciting as the profession is fast-paced and target driven.

Work is predominantly office based but time is also spent outside the office, meeting with clients and interviewing candidates, therefore access to your own vehicle is essential to be considered for this position.

Recruitment industry experience is preferred however previous success in a customer-facing sales role would be considered for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, providing they can also demonstrate the right combination of skills and personal qualities
