    Description

    We are looking to recruit a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our thriving Parts department at Soper of Lincoln.

    LOCATION Lincoln DEPARTMENT Parts

    PARTS ADVISOR
    Salary £28,000 basic with OTE of £32,000 (uncapped)
    We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join the team at Soper of Lincoln.
    The hours of work are between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00-13:00 Saturday (on a rota basis)
    The Parts Advisor will supply parts to both public and trade customers, as well as the internal workshop.

    The candidate should be a highly motivated individual with previous experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities
    Organise vehicle parts sales to meet customer and internal requirements
    Maximise sales volumes and margins
    Identify customer parts requirements
    Maintain parts stock and stock records
    Process parts orders efficiently
    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    Promote parts and accessory sales
    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    Ensure parts stock holding is kept to a minimum
    Person Specification
    A UK driving license
    Knowledgeable in vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists
    Industry leading training at BMW Academy
    Employee Assistance Programme
