    The role offers a great starting salary of up to GBP28,000, plus uncapped commission potential, with our top-performing consultants having made over GBP70,000

    As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll thrive with a background in a successful recruitment role, demonstrating teamwork, ambition, and a results-oriented mindset.

    Your knack for building strong relationships, coupled with self-motivation and integrity, will set you apart. With tenacity, initiative, and reliability, you'll navigate challenges effectively. Meeting deadlines and exceeding KPIs will be second nature to you, ensuring your success in this dynamic role. Full UK driving license desirable.

    What will you be doing as

    Senior Recruitment Consultant:

    • Managing and developing a busy temporary and permanent multi-sector client base across the North West and wider UK
    • Carrying out sales activity including cold and warm calling, attending client meetings, and networking events
    • Building client relationships in order to understand their recruitment needs
    • Hunting for and winning new business
    • Matching client vacancies and ensuring a perfect match for both client and candidate
    • Interviewing and helping people find their ideal job
    • Achieving agreed weekly and monthly KPIs to keep you on track
    • Working with the assistance of our in-house systems including the latest video technology
