Contract Implementation Coordinator (Mat Leave contract):

In order to support the growth and business development of Healix International, we have a team dedicated to supporting internal and external client requirements in the on-boarding of new clients and services.

Our Implementation team have a Maternity Cover position for an Implementation Coordinator, an interesting and diverse role offering scope for career development and the opportunity to work within a fast paced commercial business and technical environment.

***The Implementation Coordinator, with guidance from the Head of Implementation, will support the business in the on-boarding of new clients and services. The allocation of tasks will be varied and the expectation is that multiple implementations will happen concurrently. Discipline to be able to deliver on time will be paramount and goals and objectives will be set to reflect this. The role will require the job holder to quickly gain a rounded understanding of all elements of the Healix Group, as well as an in depth understanding of all departments within Healix International. The role incorporates scheme administration duties and the day to day management of the Implementation Service Desk and tickets.


This role may suit a recent graduate (or equivalent) from an IT or business related discipline or someone with a proven interest/experience of project management and business procedures commonly used in the commercial environment.


In addition, we require excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Along with some or all the following areas of expertise;

  • Highly competent with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience of handling projects is desirable, including managing stakeholder updates and communications
  • Interest in IT/technology
  • Knowledge of medical and travel assistance is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and work effectively
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask

    About the role:

Key activities/main duties:


  • Coordinate client implementations from concept through to delivery, working with clients, internal and external third party suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Support Account/Sales Managers with Client Implementation and Onboarding to ensure the delivery of services in a timely and successful manner.
  • Work with Healix IT to support the delivery of technical products, including but not limited to the Healix International Case Management System (HINT CMS), website, apps, portals and data integrations.
  • Assist with the creation of processes and system development needs in line with business requirements.
  • Assist with the day to day management of the HINT CMS, including but not limited to scheme creation, client contacts and employee permissions.
  • Assist with the development and day to day management of internal Standard Operating Procedures, including updates to client specific reference guides.
  • Create, update and maintain client and fee information in the internal system CAS.
  • Handle adhoc inbound and outbound telephone calls politely and professionally.
  • Keep up to date with business knowledge and use of Healix systems relevant to the role.
  • Share experience, knowledge and expertise with colleagues, to facilitate a high level of service delivery at all times.
  • Actively participate in meetings and one to one assessment sessions.
  • Undertake and participate in performance reviews, identifying own personal development needs and training requirements, taking action to achieve new skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with UK statutory requirements and with the Healix group policies and procedures.
  • Act as a credible role model.
