We are recruiting exlusively for RMF Group who are one of the UK's leading construction, training and resource providers.


They offer a unique service and have developed an excellent repution within the industry for their social, training and resource soluions.


Due to extensive growth they are looking for trainee recruitment consultants to join the resource solution side of the business.

With bespoke training on offer they will help mold and develop you into a rounded recruitment consultant.

This role has a strong focus on sales and would suit someone with previous telephone sales experience.

Key skills required;

  • Previous sales experience working within a target and KPI focused role
  • Driving license
  • Passionate, driven and tenacious
  • Ability to nurture relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • BIRMINGHAM: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
