Being the Lettings Valuer, you will be pivotal in our expansion efforts and reinforcing our position as the top choice in Brentford.
JOHNS&CO was founded in 2013, and we have been exceptional at selling and letting new homes.As a specialist agent for the premium New Homes and Luxury Real Estate markets, we service Investors, Tenants, Vendors, and Buyers in the UK and overseas.
We have 8 offices in the UK and 4 overseas.As a Lettings Valuer at Johns&Co, you will:
Gain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments, and local amenities
Play a key role in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and Lettings legislations.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Comprehensive understanding of the entire lettings process and current legislation
Knowledge of new builds and the completions process.
Driving Licence (essential)
