    We are seeking a creative and talented Marketing Designer to join us. As the Marketing Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing captivating visual content for our social media platforms as well as designing and implementing a social media and content strategy for the business. Alongside this you will have the opportunity to influence our branding and will be responsible for keeping our marketing assets up to date, fresh and on brand. The job can be based in Bristol or London.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize and create visually stunning content for LinkedIn and our website.
    • Collaborate with the wider business to develop and execute creative strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
    • Design graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements that effectively communicate key messages and enhance user engagement.
    • Help us to understand how to increase our followership with the goal of increasing inbound opportunities via our website.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, social media, and digital marketing to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
    • Work closely with the team to integrate visual elements seamlessly into our social media campaigns.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a social media and content manager, preferably in a consulting or recruitment style business.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and ability to develop engaging visual content for social media.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective design requirements.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
