Sales Executive
Our client is a market leader in the provision of bespoke management software (SAAS) to medical professionals worldwide. A profitable and cash rich company, they score highly on service, product and price.

With a 98% client retention rate and a 96% satisfactionrate, they are seeking a Sales Executive who is capable of consulting with customers to identify appropriate solutions.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your typical daily duties as Sales Executive will include:

  • Promoting the company's multi-faceted IT software solutions to independent medical professionals (SMEs) across the UK
  • Engaging customers by identifying their specific needs and issues with their current provider
  • Utilising the company's CRM of 4000 clients, prospects and competitor clients
  • Working in a small, focused and highly ambitious team
  • Answering client questions, describing benefits and discussing the pros and cons of competitor products
  • Managing a pipeline of sales
  • Attending networking events, conventions and joining relevant LinkedIn groups and forums
  • Delivering 2.5 'golives' and 5 demos per week
  • Liaising with the Implementation Team to ensure a smooth customer journey

As Sales Executive you'll need:

  • The confidence to make outbound calls and agree sales
  • A background in an industry or sector where customer service is paramount (e.g. retail, hospitality, contact centre)
  • Experience of B2B Sales or Account Management advantageous
  • The ability to identify the opportunity to satisfy a client's needs in the context of the software's capabilities
  • Good open questioning techniques with the ability to highlight product benefits and align the appropriate ones to your client's needs
  • An empathetic style (this is a solution sell, not a hard sell)
  • To be accustomed to working to targets
  • The capability to manage, organise and prioritise a pipeline of business
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate effectively to both internal and external customers

Desired qualities:

  • Background in Healthcare or SAAS
