    Description

    We are looking for a main contractor's Facade Manager for a six block, £110m, 400 unit development near Hayes & Harlington Station on The Elizabeth Line in West London.


    Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will work alongside and compliment the activities of the existing brickwork manager and will take responsibility for curtain walling, SFS and rainscreen elements so is expected to come from a technical, cladding installation background.


    The role is with the Central London office of a Dublin-headquartered main contractor with a very healthy pipeline of BTR, student accommodation, hotels and other resi-led, RC frame, mid / high rise developments throughout Greater London and, with a start anticipated in May, interviews are available from w/c 15th April.

    Salary is a competitive £60k to £70k + Package
