    Description
    We're going to start by talking about our exciting new Senior IT Application Specialist position, but if you'd like the quick low down on us first including our growth story then just head to the bottom of this page

    Proactively identify and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with the IT Operations team to provide timely resolutions to minimise disruption to business operations.

    Assist in managing & integrating data within the ERP and planning systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and helping generate reports and insights for business decision-making.

    Contribute to the development and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades, participating in project teams for the rollout of new features or improvements.

    Assist in creating and maintaining system documentation and training materials, providing training and guidance to users for efficient system use.

    Work closely with external partners and vendors, such as software providers, to ensure effective system integrations and collaborations that align with business needs.

    Work with our Information Security team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all system processes and assist in maintaining system security to protect company data and intellectual property.

    Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ERP and business planning systems, actively seeking opportunities for professional development.

    Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a focus on their integration into business operations. Strong skills in business planning and analysis tools are essential for data-driven decision-making
    Familiarity with NetSuite, Anaplan (a bonus), and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles is highly beneficial
    Skills in managing, integrating, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within systems.
    Awareness of information security principles and data protection practices.
