    Graduate Logistics and Customer Service Administrator

    A manufacturer is currently searching a Graduate Logistics and Customer Service Administrator to join their Team.

    The Graduate Logistics and Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for handling customer orders from end-to-end, providing a smooth process from start to finish.

    This is an exciting opportunity for any graduate looking to start a career in a professional and innovative environment at a large international established company.

    All applicants must hold a full driving licence and a bachelor's degree in any discipline to be considered for this role.

    TYPE: Permanent, full-time

    WORKING HOURS: from Monday to Friday

    SALARY: £28-30.7k DOE + Quarterly bonus

    START: ASAP

    LOCATION: Uxbridge (Currently 3 days in the office, 2 days' work from home)

    BENEFITS: Quarterly bonus, 20 days holiday (increases year on year to 25 days), Advanced Company Pension, Life Cover (inc. Critical Illness cover), Private Healthcare

    Graduate Logistics and Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:

    Administration:


    • Making sure customer orders received are entered correctly into the CRM system


    • Communicating with customers and all colleagues by telephone, email ensuring queries


    • Ensuring that agreed promised delivery dates to customers are maintained


    • Managing the end-to-end order process including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery


    • Process quotation to the customer

    Logistics:


    • Manage daily distribution through the CRM systems


    • Stock Control and transfer


    • Daily communication to our warehouse, and follow by Global logistic guidelines which include self-auditors


    • Visit warehouse and Identify area for continuous improvement


    • Support at all stages of the flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to end customers

    Graduate Logistics and Customer Service Administrator Ideal Candidate:


    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline


    • Must hold a full driving licence


    • Open, clear and confident communicator, both written and oral


    • Logical and precise thinker with a good head for numbers


    • Target-orientated mentality with the ability to self-evaluate and innovate


    • Good team worker and collaborator


    • Able to work both independently to defined objectives


    • Ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines


    • Capable of multi-tasking whilst maintaining high attention to detail


    • Experience working in a professional environment is an advantage
