- Drive partner discovery & onboarding, partner engagement, tracking and optimization, and content monitoring across all Affiliate partners
- Scale our recently launched Influencer Affiliate program via recruitment, incentives, and content briefings
- Deliver performance updates and insights on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to internal teams
- Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders across Paid Social, Brand
- Comms, Brand Partnerships, and Ambassador teams to deliver a cohesive strategy across marketing channels
- You have a proven track record of scaling Affiliate programs (including Influencers) for consumerfacing companies, including handson experience in Affiliate platforms such as Partnerize or similar
- You have a deep understanding of Social Media platforms (esp. Instagram and TikTok) and are familiar with the Content Creator landscape
- You have an analytical mindset, able to turn various data points into a cohesive narrative
- You are comfortable working on projects with crossfunctional teams to deliver on shared goals
- You enjoy working on an entrepreneurial team and sharing ideas across functional boundaries
