    Senior/Principal Revit MEP Technician/Coordinator - Manchester City Centre

    Our client is a multi-discipline Construction Management and Consultancy firm with offices across the globe.

    Having been placed on a number of huge frameworks, in addition to winning projects across Local Authority, Industrial, Grid Connections, AC/DC Converters, Data Centres, Offices, Education, Healthcare and Residential, our client are in an incredibly exciting period of growth UK wide.

    We are seeking a Senior/Principal Revit Technician/Coordinator to play a leading role in the design of these schemes. This is a great opportunity to work alongside some of the best design engineers in the UK, whilst directly working with premium end user clients on some challenging and interesting projects,

    To assist the BIM Lead and update MEP aspects of multi-disciplinary models.
    Work closely with engineers in the Manchester office in a professional and amiable manner.
    Communicate clearly with senior members in the team.
    Sound understanding of Revit MEP functionality including modelling systems, creating and working with schedules, creating Sheets.
    Proficient in AutoCAD.

    Strong 3D coordination of all MEP services 'taking into consideration unique features associated with each service, allowing for access and maintenance, buildability, etc.

    Understanding of BIM terminology.
    Experience of Office 365 products.

    Huge amount of secured, long term work providing stability and growth, with 90 hires expected in MEP.
    Opportunity to progress, with plans to create new teams as they grow
    Great Projects (All RIBA Stages) - £2m to £750m
    Carbon champions, big emphasis on sustainable design / Net Zero, have a technical working group
    Social team, often go out for food and drinks
