    We have an exciting opportunity for an office based Customer Technical Support Specialist f/m in our DuPont Tyvek Building Envelopes Business – UK & Ireland, supporting Europe, Middle East & Africa.


    The ideal candidate will be customer centric, have an innovative mindset with a technical understanding of construction, and the ability to work as part of a successful team driving business growth.


    Your key responsibilities will be:
    Responding to all technical enquiries for DuPontTM Tyvek, DuPontTM AirGuard and accessories.
    Communicate and respond to architects, contractors, Local Authorities and developers as part of their project needs at EMEA level.
    Advise installers of product and promote best practice. Ability to problem solve.
    Create DuPontTM Tyvek & AirGuard specifications.
    Conduct product and hands on installation training.
    Responsible for creating new business opportunities and maintaining up to date records of existing and new customers.
    Conduct U Value/Condensation calculations and analysis for projects using software.
    Support all Territory Sales Manager in national and regional initiatives.
    Support marketing organisation with market insight collection and competitive benchmarking.
    Monitor and understand building regulations in different countries within EMEA.


    A successful candidate must have:
    A technical background, Bacheclor or Master's degree, preferably civil engineering, architecture, or proficient with nonwoven composites used in construction.
    Proficient IT skills, Microsoft 365, SFDC, digital communications.
    Fluent communication in English and possess legal right to work in UK.
    Willingness to learn continuously.

    Skills desirable but not mandatory are:
    Experience in a technical advisory role, engineering or craftmanship within the construction Industry.
    Additional languages are a bonus
    Industry network
    Knowledge in condensation risk analysis, e.g. WUFI.

    Location :
    Bristol office (hybrid model with 2 days home-based as an option)
