    Description

    In line with its strategic growth plans, this prestigious Chartered Insurance Broker seeks an experienced Property Account Handler to service an enviable portfolio of clients.

    Our client is a long-standing insurance brokerage which is fiercely committed to remaining fully independent, despite regular approaches from the consolidators.

    Just as importantly, knowing that its staff are its most important asset, it is well-known as a very caring employer, which is reflected in the fact that many of its staff have worked in the business for well over 20 years.

    Based in Leadenhall Street, in the heart of the City of London, you will work closely with an Account Director, servicing the requirements of prestigious Real Estate and Commercial Property clients, many of which are connected to Real Estate Investment Trusts and Family Offices.

    The majority of the accounts are located in the London area and typically have premiums ranging between £100K - £600K.

    It's essential that you have strong experience within Commercial Property or Real Estate broking, even if this has been just part of a more general commercial portfolio.

    You will receive a comprehensive benefits package and, as you would expect from a Chartered Broker, fully-funded support towards CII qualifications and professional memberships.

    This is very much an expanding broker that is known for promoting from within, and so you will benefit from a myriad of opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

    Our client is flexible on hours and is happy to accommodate someone on either a full or part-time basis (minimum 4 days).

    Also, they operate a hybrid-working arrangement, allowing you to work 2 days from home, should you so wish.
