    We are focused on developing astateoftheart LLM technological stack that spans foundational modeltraining and webscale data collection. Our overarching objective isto pioneer cuttingedge language generation technology for bothinternal use and customer applications driving the evolution of thenext generation of AIpoweredproducts.

    TheRole
    We are currently in search of StaffMachine Learning (ML) engineers with exceptional skill sets and apassion for large language models. Your invaluable contributionswill play a pivotal role in shaping our advanced LLMstack.

    In thisposition your responsibility will beto:

    • Conductexperiments with innovative deep learning methods to improve ourmodels.
    • Explore techniques to enhance of ourpretraining and alignmentdata.

    Weexpect you tohave:

    • 5years experience in a Machine Learning or AI relatedrole
    • Substantial industrial or academicexperience with large language models and generativeAI.
    • A profound understanding of the theoreticalfoundations of machine learning.
    • Familiaritywith modern deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch orJAX.
    • Proficiency in contemporary softwareengineering approaches including CI/CD version control and unittesting.
    • A commitment to maintaining extremerigor in all jobrelatedactivities.

    AdditionalAdvantages:

    • Previousexperience working with language models or other similar NLPtechnologies.
    • Track record of building anddelivering products (not necessarily MLrelated) in a dynamicstartuplike environment.
    • Strong engineeringskills including experience in developing large distributed systemsor highload web services.
    • Opensource projectsthat showcase your engineeringprowess.
