FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - WITH POTENTIAL TO BECOME PERMANENTOur Client, a top UK Accountancy firm are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their team on for 6 months on a contract basis, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.
They are looking for a candidate with strong facilities administration skills, to join the team at their amazing City office on a hybrid basis.
The day to day duties of the facilities administrator include - Building relationships with suppliers and clientsDeal with daily facilities administration duties
Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities
Assist with office move and space planning projects
Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
Support the facilities team in day-to-day operations
