    As thePerformance Marketing Creative Strategist you will conceptualize, brief, edit, launch and analyze ads on Meta, Tiktok, Youtube and other Social Media channels, orchestrating comprehensive digital campaigns from start to finish.

    You will work closely with the rest of the Performance Marketing team to ensure every ad that goes live from ourchannels raises the standard of social-first video ads, in addition to collaborating and communicating closely with the Brand department to ensure all ads align with the company's brand vision.

    End-to-end management of digital campaigns, from conceptualizing campaigns to performance analysis of the final results.
    Project management and cross-departmental communication of priorities.
    Applying Estrid's brand identity to performance marketing creatives from the ideation to production through to localisation.

    Creating moodboards, storyboards and look & feel presentations for video assets and presenting within and outside of the organization if necessary.

    Working with existing static/video assets and turning them into content built for Paid Social performance.
    A/B testing creative variations and sharing the results within the organization, creating documentation to expand Estrid's organizational memory.
    Benchmarking key competitors and other inspiring brands.
    Bachelor's in Marketing, Photography, Graphic Design or similar.
    ~5+ years of experience in a well known creative marketing agency focusing on Social Media or Content.
    ~ You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and have a passion for community and disruption.
