- Guidance and Support: Provide pre and on-course guidance to learners to ensure successful completion and potential progression. Conduct interviews and place learners onto appropriate programs to support their learning journey.
- Effective Teaching Delivery: Plan, prepare, and assess teaching delivery to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Adhere to college policies, funding requirements, and external body regulations to maintain high standards of education.
- Learner Management: Enroll, manage, and support learners according to college, employer, funding, and awarding body requirements. Organize learning programs to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Subject Development and Delivery: Develop and deliver subjects at appropriate levels, utilizing your qualifications and experience. Deliver teaching sessions in various formats, including classroom, workshop, tutorial, outreach, distance learning, and e-learning programs.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in plumbing and gas assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
