    Description

    I am recruiting for a food manufacturing company near Wymondham who are looking for an experienced Account Manager to maximise and profitably grow revenue across their growing portfolio.

    Daily management of customer accounts (both key and developing) and building relationships with key decision makers, delivering exceptional customer service at all times to meet with customer expectations and requirements
    Manage the full sales journey, from initial engagement to final negotiation
    Provide strategic and innovative thinking to create new opportunities to expand listed product ranges within current accounts
    Tenacious and proactive approach to seeking new opportunities for sales to increase profitable growth
    Analysing sales data to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring stock holding to deliver optimum service levels
    Execute sales pitches ensuring retention of current product portfolio and securing new business
    Assistance with project co-ordination to ensure timely product launches
    Knowledgeable on customer's policies and trading procedures
    Working as part of a team in sharing knowledge, ideas and product samples to help ensure the success of the team overall
    Thorough attention to detail with an excellent commercial focus
    Excellent customer service
    Ability to use initiative, be self-motivated and have a pro-active approach to sales
    Confident with the ability to establish, develop and maintain relationships with key / senior internal and external sources
    Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
    High energy, detail oriented person, with a go-getter, positive attitude
    Enthusiasm with a passion for food
    Experience in an FMCG environment, preferably in the frozen and chilled food industry
    This role is a full time, permanent role and hybrid working is offered with parking on site.
