We are delighted to be working with a local authority client, recruiting on their behalf for an Customer Service Administrator based in South Shields, a role that is available on a fulltime basis._

This is a Medium term role and commands a standard hourly rate of £11.70 per hour._

  • Dealing with customers issues and enquires
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls
