    Role:
    FTC (12 months)

    Hours: 4 day week Monday-Thursday / 37 hours per week

    Due to demand we're looking for experienced Technicians to join our Optronics and Missile Electronics [OME] business unit in Glasgow.

    With experience in wiring, and building electrical assemblies you'll be performing manufacturing tasks in accordance with engineering drawings to the required quality.

    The roles are based out of our Glasgow manufacturing site.

    You will work a 4 day week Monday to Thursday and work 9.Start time is flexible between 6:00am and 7:30am and you get 30 minutes unpaid for lunch.

    There is also free on-site parking and an on-site canteen.

    To perform complex Manufacturing operations in accordance with the associated documentation provided to the quality standards expected in a timely and professional manner.

    To input and support any continuous improvement actions being worked on within Industry
    In addition when able should contribute to diagnostics and the finding of the cause/root analysis
    To manage and record build configuration of product
    when carrying out product assembly tasks
    Ability to perform complex electrical operations involving wiring and component soldering to IPC standards
    Experience building electrical assemblies
