    Description
    Our client based in Dunmurry Belfast, has a requirement for an experienced Office Administrator

    The role is Monday to Friday, 28-30 hours per week

    For this role you will carry out administrative support duties such as

    • Answering phone calls and maintaining office manual filing systems.
    • Assist with the operation of the integrated management system
    • Perform bookkeeping tasks
    • Assist with the management of contracts
    The ideal candidate will have

    • Excellent IT skills and use the functionality of these packages to present information
    • Experience within sage accounting software
    • Knowledge of IMS system
    • Detail focused
    • Can converse confidently with customers, suppliers and employees.
    5 GCSE A-C along with 1 year experience in Administration ideally within construction

    In return you will benefit from flexi time, weekends off and a weekly pay at £11.44
