    Description

    NEO, in partnership with a leading power contractor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Distribution for their UK & Ireland business unit. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions in the power sector.

    Position Overview: The Head of Distribution will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and driving growth within the distribution sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team across multiple office locations, managing resecured DNO (Distribution Network Operator) contracts and fostering relationships with a diverse range of clients on a national scale.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the power sector, with specific experience in distribution operations.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and profitability.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence.
    • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to various office locations and client sites within the UK & Ireland.

    Location: This position could be based in any location within the UK or Ireland, with travel required to various office locations and client sites.
