    The role Our Senior Account Managers are super-organised and adept multi-taskers. Accountable for end- to-end project delivery and responsible for delivering projects on time, on specification and on budget. Our SAM possess strong project and client management skills and best-practice methodology and is the key point person for projects and relaying timing, scope, budget, resource and change information to the wider project and production teams.

    You have strong problem-solving skills, are well organised with a passion for production, marketing and advertising and a desire to grow and develop.

    Key areas of responsibility

    Communication

    • The key day-to-day client management contact for clients
    • Understanding of clients' needs to deliver high satisfaction levels and share feedback with wider team and escalate any delivery concerns to SAM/SCM
    • Accountable for ensuring all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables
    • Responsible for managing the client relationship with a focus on delivery
    • Act as the primary client contact for delivery, structure regular status updates and communications with clients, define scope and approach, set and manage expectations and deliverables and troubleshoot issues as they arise, and if required escalate to AD
    • Communicating with confidence and assertiveness, continuously educating the client about Hogarth production processes and services
    • Work with client brands and agencies to ensure a clear understanding of the production brief, deliverables and timeline for each project and relay those details to other members of the team as necessary
    • Partner with Client Growth, Production and Finance to ensure a smooth process, proper resource allocation and a superior result
    • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal agency teams and key external partners to ensure quality and adherence to production guidelines for key deliverables

    Process

    • Manage medium to large projects independently, from initiation through to completion
    • Interrogate briefs to ensure all the relevant information is shared by the client in order for Hogarth to commence work as per agreed SLAs
    • Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment
    • Manage client objectives, budget, expectations, deliverables and timelines and communicate changes/direction to team members
    • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, timing schedules, risk register, trackers, status and contact reports
    • Participate actively and can knowledgably articulate status internally and during client interactions
    • Identify improvements to existing workflow and processes
    • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans and if needed, escalate to AD/SAD
    • Liaise with clients/agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, briefs, assets, technical specifications
    • Ensure the highest quality is always delivered to clients
    • Own project budget and tracking of all ongoing costs throughout project lifecycle, reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects, and resolution of budget discrepancies between disciplines, vendors and clients
    • Manage POs, financial reporting, tracking, billing against all project budgets

    Requirements

    • Project or Client management related experience within an interactive or integrated agency, with a good understanding of marketing and production implementation processes across all key channels, including digital, video, content, social etc
    • Strong understanding of the production and the creative development process, content production, technology, quality assurance testing and marketing methodologies
    • Ability to manage medium to large projects with varying components, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget
    • Experience of building client relationships
    • A professional, calm, approachable demeanour, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic highly matrixed agency environment
    • Proactivity and ability to work independently, as well as within a team dynamic
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring flawless execution and delivery
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, wireframing/workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Smartsheet, Trello, Miro etc
    • Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite a plus
