    Head Chef Opportunity – High-End Culinary Establishment in LondonWe are seeking a distinguished Head Chef to take the helm at a leading London restaurant renowned for its innovative and stylish approach to Italian cuisine, inspired by Sicily, Amalfi, and the Southern Isles.

    This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £90,000 to £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.


    Restaurant Overview:

    • Cuisine: A contemporary Italian menu with a focus on highquality, seasonal ingredients from Southern Italy, including Sicilianinspired dishes and innovative seafood creations
    • Covers:
    Serving up to 60 guests for lunch and 250 for dinner

    • Team:
    Lead a brigade of 26 talented chefs in a dynamic kitchen environment

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Craft and execute exquisite menus that encapsulate the essence of Southern Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on creativity and seasonal freshness.
    • Maintain and elevate rigorous standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
    • Manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, and cost control.
    • Mentor and develop a team of chefs, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Work collaboratively with restaurant management to enhance guest satisfaction and uphold the restaurant's prestigious reputation.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a highend restaurant, preferably with expertise in Italian and Mediterranean cuisines.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring a large culinary team.
    • Strong commitment to culinary excellence, with a flair for creatively blending traditional and modern cooking techniques.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
