    Hoe ziet jouw werkdag als

    Designer eruit?

    Als designer maak je onderdeel uit van onze professionele studio en werk je samen met collega designers die zich net als jij helemaal thuis voelen in een organisatie met gepassioneerde merkexperts. Je verzorgt binnen je functie diverse design-werkzaamheden voor onze klanten en merken:

  • Het 'doorvertalen' van de basiselementen van een huisstijl, naar toegepaste ontwerpen (online en offline).
  • Je ontwikkelt online designs en templates (o.a. voor Office applicaties) en user interfaces voor diverse brand portal applicaties.
  • Voor de offline doorvertaling van merken maak je nieuwe merkstijlen op bijvoorbeeld voertuigen en materieel en creëer je toegepaste ontwerpen/sign families met betrekking tot buitenreclame en bewegwijzigering.
  • Je ontwerpt documenten en huisstijldragers voortkomend uit een rebranding project. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de vormgeving van een merkarchitectuur model of het stramien voor verpakkingen en drukwerk.
  • Wanneer er geen 'basis stijl' beschikbaar is, ga je aan de slag met het creëren van deze toegepaste ontwerpen.
  • Je werkt intensief samen met onze Consultants, Projectcoördinatoren en Projectmanagers, maar ook met externe relaties zoals leveranciers, opdrachtgevers en ontwerpbureaus.
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan procesoptimalisatie rond vormgeving, de verdere professionalisering van de werkzaamheden en het dienstenportfolio van onze studio.

    • Wie ben jij?

    Voor zowel offline als online dragers weet jij een concept te ontwerpen dat creatief is, maar ook praktisch daadwerkelijk goed uitvoerbaar is. Werken met deadlines is voor jou geen probleem, jij toont initiatief en bent betrokken bij projecten van begin tot eind. Jouw profiel voldoet aan de volgende kenmerken:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding en/of werkervaring.
  • Enige jaren werkervaring als designer en kennis van grafisch ontwerpen is een vereiste.
  • Ervaring met Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign en Adobe Illustrator, kennis en ervaring met 3D software is een pre.
  • Naast esthetisch inzicht heb je een goed oog voor detail en gevoel voor techniek en praktijk – zowel online als offline.
  • Jij weet processen te analyseren en te optimaliseren en beschikt over probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Jij kan gestructureerd werken en plannen, maar kan ook goed omgaan met de dagelijkse dynamiek van het werken voor diverse klanten.
  • Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk kan jij jezelf goed uitdrukken en communiceren in het Engels is voor jou ook geen probleem.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer: een goede samenwerking is essentieel.
