As a Business Manager the purpose of the role is to achieve sales objectives through field-based selling activities which include cultivating business partnerships with healthcare professionals through a multi-channel approach.
Meet or exceed sales budgets through implementation of a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives.Plan and document daily call routine to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts, considering sales time allocation, sales potential, and geographical location.
Utilize the CRM tool for the management of sales information.Develop knowledge of competitive activity both within the overall Territory and at major accounts.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships that lead to increasing use of products within target accounts.
Full Driving Licence.
Medical devices sales experience with at least 2 years experience
Organised, and focused individual with the ability to identify account opportunities and build effective plans to capitalise on said opportunities
Creative thinker, not afraid to bring new approaches and ideas forward
Commercial acumen with the willingness to win fast and lose fast
Comfortable working with CRM, excel, word, powerpoint and office 365
Able to analyse sales data and use to direct, forecast and reflect
Confident in a multi-channel approach to customer engagement (f2f and virtual)
