- SEO Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy encompassing technical adjustments, on-page optimizations, strategic link building, and content improvements.
- Collaborate with Content Writers and Product Specialists to devise and execute SEO-focused content strategies that enhance visibility and engagement on major search engines.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement content plans to elevate our rankings, drive traffic, and improve conversions.
- Enhance website architecture, landing pages, and user experience to enhance lead generation.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and provide reports to enhance traffic and conversions.
- Manage website performance and reporting, showcasing the impact of SEO initiatives.
- Perform thorough competitor analysis to track market share growth and assess performance against competitors.
- Paid Media Strategy and Execution:
- Strategically plan and execute digital advertising and retargeting campaigns across various channels and territories globally.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research to optimize paid media campaigns effectively.
- Develop and test diverse ad formats with a focus on precise targeting models and landing page optimization for improved campaign performance and scalability.
- Oversee budget management, bid adjustments, and explore new growth strategies to enhance efficiency and transparency in spending.
- Analyze and report on campaign and channel performance, offering valuable insights for strategy refinement.
- Perform detailed competitor analysis to fine-tune strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
- Educate internal teams on SEO and paid media best practices and keep them updated on campaign progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Preferred certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.
- Extensive experience in SEO and digital advertising with a successful track record in B2B settings.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
- Experience in managing digital ad budgets across various platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn Advertising.
- Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, coupled with a solid understanding of HTML/CSS in the context of SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and HubSpot.
