Description

We have partnered with a training practice located in Oxford and have recently formed their own PCN. They are a CQC 'Good' rated practice, serving a total of approx. They emphasise collaborative working and support each other as a team, encouraging everyone to achieve their work life balance.

Job Type:
Full time or part-time flexible hours available.

Location: Oxford region (you would need to be prepared to work at any of their branch surgeries on a weekly basis).
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum with an extensive benefits package including personal development opportunities (CPD leave entitlement) plus NHS pension, 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays, on-site parking and much more.
NMC Registration with experience working in primary care.
General Practice Nurse experience in chronic disease management.
Offer advice and administer childhood and adult vaccinations under patient group directions according to national immunisation programmes.
Offer health promotion and lifestyle advice on diet, alcohol intake and exercise.
Offer a holistic approach in monitoring patients with chronic diseases according to NICE guidelines
Perform cervical cytology smear tests, venepuncture, wound management, suture/staple removal, NHS Travel immunisation & ECGs.
