Our client, a highly respected business and technology transformation consultancy, is going through a significant period of growth and is looking for an experience project manager to join a high performing team who are leading a number of high profile datatransformation programmes at tier one financial institutions.


Projects and programmes are wide ranging but mostly focussed on data governance, data lineage, MDM solutuions, data flows, data quality, market data solutions and regulation.

Our client is responsible for leading these projects and programmes from both a strategy and delivery perspective.

Most of the team come from industry, with a few from consulting backgrounds and all have deep experience in data transformation.

They alsoenjoy a number of partnerships with market leading data solutuion providers.


To be successful in this role you will need a rounded project management background, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will need to have led significant scale projects but be able to roll your sleeves up and work at the coalface when required.

Our client is looking for a practitioner as opposed to an overseer.

Also someone who has empathy for their team and is able to break down barriers as required to help the team succeed.

You must have previous experience working in data transformation and a strong financial services industry background.
