Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Operations Manager within the Locality Team to work full time based in Hull.

The salary for this permanent Operations Manager job is up to £50,512 per annum.

Contributes to the overarching strategy and vision on Adult Social Care 'A Life Not a Service' to ensure that the principles of the operating model is understood and implemented by the team.

This will include demonstrating and nurturing imaginative and creative solutions that evidence strongly co-production with people requiring help, advice and or information.

Engage and encourage partnerships, formal and informal networks to support the development of staff/team to further enhance their skills and knowledge that will provide solution focussed/person centred practice that is equally legally compliant.

Models and directs the work of the team including identifying and mitigating risks, identifying priorities and deployment of resources and working collaboratively across Adult Social Care to ensure capacity meets demand.

Working with people who are 'experts in their own lives' lead on developing effective partnerships with people who require help including their families, carers, advocates etc.

With support Head of Service with preparation for court and with direction deputise and attend legal proceedings representing Hull City Council.

This very much played a significant in previously winning 'Best Candidate Care' at the Recruiter Awards as well being a two-time finalist for the same award.
