Description

Boston Hale is currently recruiting for a Tax Accountant for one of the biggest not for profit organisations in London.


Duties:


  • Prepare VAT returns for the organisation and its subsidiary entities
  • Prepare corporation, customs and payroll returns for UK and US
  • Review procedures and undertake analysis to ensure the organisation is compliant with HMRC guidelines and legislations
  • Advise departments on the tax and risk implications of projects and new initiatives
  • Compile the year end audit file for the pension scheme accounts and liaise with auditors
  • Provide schedules to allow preparation of the consolidated annual accounts
  • Advise on the implications and recommended actions for HMRC changes

Essential:

  • CCAB qualified
  • Experienced in preparing VAT returns
  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory frameworks
