    Description

    IT Infrastructure and Security Administrator at Lincoln - £55k

    This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that all systems are operational, updated, and secure to meet the requirements of both colleagues and clients.

    The key responsibilities involve maintaining on-premises and cloud-based systems to identify and address security threats effectively, as well as planning and implementing future systems.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage SAN and Hyper-V Server clusters for hosting applications
    • Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and assist in Azure architecture
    • Ensure security around AD and Azure
    • Review internal systems and security settings
    • Configure and maintain firewall rules
    • Conduct vulnerability tests and penetration testing
    Skills Required:
    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Active Directory administration
    • Proficiency in Server, SAN hardware, LAN hardware, and corporate-level firewall management
    • Understanding of network protocols, IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols
    Advantageous:
    • Experience with Azure and Azure AD
    • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and relevant certifications
    • Skills in software systems testing and ITIL/ISO27001

    Location: Bristol

    Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + Benefits
