    About our Team
    Join a collaborative, curious team of Security Engineers of varying expertise levels. By becoming a part of our team, you'll collaborate on solving challenges from start to finish, including exploring new data sources, designing predictive models, and ensuring their ongoing performance.

    About the Role
    This role involves analyzing risks and managing the enterprise security program. It requires technical proficiency to execute security processes independently, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to improve the team's effectiveness.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices by developing and implementing security policies.
    • Assess and analyze security risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet industry standards.
    • Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
    • Assess and measure security programs, seek opportunities for improvement, and deliver innovative solutions for efficiency.
    • Create tools or metrics to measure program success.

    Requirements

    • Experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
    • Identify emerging security threats and implement security programs.
    • Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat analysis, and reporting.
    • Knowledge of security technologies like firewalls, Cloud Security AWS for Cirium, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption.
    • Experience in incident response and disaster recovery planning.
    • Hold certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security +.
    • Programming skills for scripting, task automation, and understanding software vulnerabilities.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills for conveying security policies effectively.
