As Account Manager for Specialist Retail & On Trade you will have direct responsibility for all priority specialist stores and key On Trade RTM's, managing the commercial relationship, achieving BC targets and delivering against DVAA for those accounts.
You will be required to agree and commit to commercially sound long term trading agreements that stipulate detailed DVA commitments and commercial terms.
Agreeing and implementing visibility and activation at the point of purchase in line with agreed standards by segment as well as working with outlets to drive digital amplification across social channels.
Establish lasting partnerships, as well as getting out and about in the market to ensure product quality and understand the customer's vision.
Coming from a commercial background you will build strong networks across the channel and can engage customers across multiple levels.
You will be relentless in your approach and the business expert in your field, inspiring customers and establishing strong JBP's, engaging activations that will drive brand mental and physical availability and deliver against your BC and volume objectives.
Propose and confirm appropriate activations to guarantee distribution, brand engagement and drive ROS.Amplify all brand activation on the correct social media channels (incl. Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn).
Bring the brand to life in conjunction with the facia and facia key influencers/stakeholder.
Skills and experience that will help you be a success:
Previous experience in an account management role in a fast-paced industry.
Understanding of UK On Trade & Specialist Retail.
