    Description
    We are looking for an experienced chef to join us in a Head Chef position.

    As we have other locations and cheffing teams, we can guarantee rotating weekends off – we aim for at least one a month.


    The applicant should excel in being:
    Friendly & approachableHands on and self motivatedHaving great leadership skills & the ability to lead from the frontProud of their inhouse cleanliness and always have good personal hygieneIn busy working environmentsExcited about specials, new menus, and promotions

    Roles & responsibilities include:
    Manage the kitchen to ensure food service is always excellentAll ordering for the kitchen including food, equipment & cleaning products and ensure all stock and ordering is accurate to maximise cashflowEnsure that hygiene & cleanliness of the kitchen is to the highest standardWork with the pub manager to ensure service levels are at the highest standard

    Job Types:
    Full-time, PermanentSalary – very competitive – negotiable based on experience

    HOURS- 45 Hours a week shift rotation- hours of service
    • Mon fri 12 3pm and 5:30pm 9pm Sat 12 9pm Sun 12 5pm Aim for one weekend off a month
    • Owner mentioned that he wants to accommodate and understands work life balance.

    COVERS
    • Sunday tends to be the busiest 100 covers.
    normal day coversFOOD- pub bistro style foodCANDIDATE- 2 years as a head chef working in a similar environment, self-sufficient or a really qualified sue chef looking to step upTEAM- no sue chef but KPs to support when needed- 4 head chefs covering in local outlets- 7 outlets
